Immediately after cleansing, lightly pat away excess water, but leave face WET. Shake well, then pump 3-4x into PALM. Rub between hands, then pat and smooth over wet face. Allow a moment to absorb, pulling moisture into skin to achieve cosmic plumpiosity.
